Brow Bella Beauty joins the digital business world

Brow Bella Beauty offers a variety of fabulous beauty treatments including brows, lash lifts, dermaplaning, facials, chemical peels, microneedling and waxing to customers across Torfaen. Using only the best products to leave clients looking and feeling their best, it started out as a hobby back in 2019 and soon blossomed into what it is today - officially becoming a business in April 2022.

Before joining Uddr, Zoe, the owner of Brow Bella Beauty, found it very difficult to reach the public and market to her local, target audience. With fantastic skills and experience in beauty, Zoe needed to outsource the skills and experience to help her reach out to the wider community and grow her business. 

It’s time to go digital!

In March 2022, Brow Bella Beauty became an Uddr Partner and had a sparkling new website created as part of the UKCRF funding from the Welsh Government. Zoe had been trying to go digital for a while and knew just how important having a website was in order to compete with other local businesses in the industry, so this was the perfect opportunity!

Zoe hopes that Uddr will help her business grow over a long-term period, and based on the activity she has told us that she receives from her new website, this should be no problem at all (easy peasy, lemon squeezy in fact!). Many of Zoe’s clients tell her how they have found the business via the website, proving just how large a part it plays in attracting new clients.

When asked about the process of getting her new website up and running, Zoe expressed how simple it was and how easy it is to update and change information on it from her end (whenever and wherever she is). She believes the government investment in local websites delivered by Uddr has been 100% worthwhile, giving small businesses like hers the chance to grow and succeed.

Zoe has been recommending Uddr to others ever since becoming a partner, often using the Uddr app to source local products and hire services herself.
